CLAROS currently provides a full range of traditional call center services. We are unique in that our team has vast experience in all technical aspects of itsą US based operations, Contact Center Solutions with emphasis on a live at-home agent program, Managed by former US Military - Service Disabled Veterans. This service is made available through our affiliate CLAROS SDV, LLC (a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business) that operates a Remote Workforce comprised of highly trained Service Disabled Veteran Call Center Managers that oversee a trained Call Center at-home agent workforce.
Our Contact Center Managers are staffed entirely by Service Disabled Veterans of the United States military. CLAROS believes these managers are the most disciplined, dedicated and efficient call center professionals ever assembled. Each supervisor and call center associate (hired from Staffing At Home) has been fully trained and screened to ensure our customers, the highest quality service.
CLAROS is in the business of delivering quality Contact Center services. Claros technical and administrative expertise can provide any company with the finest call center customer support in the industry. All of our managers have undergone an accredited 600-hour, 15-week, comprehensive training program. Claros has a full time dedicated staff of skilled Service Disabled Veteran operators who have a thorough background and knowledge of web based predictive dialing call center systems and products. Claros provides a monthly, weekly, or daily status report; including the information you need to be assured your customer service needs are being met as expected. All of our dialing, inbound and outbound, is digitally recorded. All of our emails, chats and web correspondence are recorded.
CLAROS insures that all of its call center personnel have undergone a background investigation. Your security concerns will be addressed on an individual basis. All employees working for our customers will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement upon request, certifying their commitment to ensuring customer information security.
