- What does the monthly $15.00 fee cover?
The monthly fee of $15.00 allows companies to search our database for highly experienced At Home Agents by their personal requirements. Our agents have years of experience in most areas that a business would require. Companies can now expand their staffing needs on an unlimited basis without needing additional office space or having to deal with the limitations of local talent. - What information am I able to see about the at home agents?
Our individual agent profiles include detailed information such as a full application specifying agent history and experience, bios, photos, and optional personal interviews. - What does the process entail?
A) Step 1: Complete the on-line registration. You will receive a login and password.
B) Step 2: Login to our database.
C) Step 3: Search the agent database by your specific criteria. - What types of agents are available to our company?
We specialize in providing top of the line agents with experience in customer service, inbound telemarketing, outbound telemarketing, order processing, technical support, and data entry. - Will the agents be employees of our company or SAH?
Once you choose to hire an agent from the SAH database, you will need to decide if they will be an employee or contractor of your company. That decision is solely up to you. Once that is determined, you will need to take the necessary steps in that direction. - Who will pay the agent?
Since the agent will be working for you and your company, you are responsible for compensating the agent for their work. All of those details will need to be worked out between you and the agent. - If an agent is not a correct fit, what do I do?
As long as you are a monthly subscriber, you are able to search our database for agents to fit your needs. - What if I need a team of agents to complete telemarketing work for me but I am not able to manage the process?
SAH can also assemble a team of skilled agents to fulfill your call center needs. We will help you to determine the requirements for your program, put together a team of agents, train the team accordingly, and manage the on-going process to fulfill the program requirements. (Price will be determined base on program details)
